My father recently almost succumbed to stage 2 colon cancer, due to not going ahead and getting these screenings done. This was due to pride, shame and, for the most part, being afraid of medical procedures. Love this initiative, thanks for sharing Ryan. I know when I need to get this done, I won't be held back by the same things that hold back so many men not attending to their personal health, I encourage other men to take that stance as well - your families, children and those who care for you deserve better.

I fucking love you for doing this, FR. EVERYONE involved with this. Y'all are S+ tier legends. My grandpa passed when I was 2 from colon cancer, was approaching my 30s, getting healthy, decided i wanted a full checkup to make sure everything was good, including a colonoscopy due to it running in the family, SURE ENOUGH, precancerous adenoma removed. Doing this might have literally just added DECADES to my life. I ALWAYS tell people to just get one done now, I know its recommended around 45ish, but I've seen it recommended as low as 24 before, and let me say,I'm DAMN glad i didn't wait till 45, i might not of even made it. Its a week of an awkward diet, then you go in and its done in 30 mins. Doing this could LITERALLY add decades to your life, just do it. Good to see a fellow BC boy getting good shit done. love everything you've been doing with your career lately, including this, keep up the stellar work. seriously, you're legitimately helping save people with this if it even convinces a SINGLE person to get one done and something was caught before it develops, or even if something has developed but caught early enough to kick its ass. PS. Idiocracy is a masterpiece, and i wont be told otherwise.

My father had colon cancer; as such I was instructed that due to high risk I should be checked at 30. At 30 I went to that same doctor who told me my insurance would not cover the examination. At 28, my doctor finally listened to me and sent me for a colonoscopy. 15 polyps, 5 of which were on the verge of being cancerous. No matter your age, get this checked y'all, regularly.

Awesome PSA! Thanks Ryan! I DO have an issue with the "no pain" claim. The pain ain't in the procedure, it's in the prep BEFORE the procedure. Remember to get Witch Hazel cool wipes before doing the prep and apply them EARLY and OFTEN!!!
