They cannot just go, "welp, this character around which we had defined the entire future of the franchise by promoting him heavily in Loki S1, hint at in Strange MOM, and then have center stage in Quantumania (with all the post-credit scenes setting up the stage for coming conflict), is magically done away with in a web series, let's move on". They have to come up with some kind of coherent logic (or some semblance of logic) to erase that ENTIRE storyline. I am guessing Deadpool 3 is going to bring in a bigger Doom-ing threat for Marvel Multiverse, and thus reboot the whole thing (and hoping they leave behind all the other shit of Phase 4 and 5, where they spent half the time lecturing the audience).
