always write down your pass words... on a bloc note on your phone that is sync to your email or something.. or even write it down on a piece of paper... hell take a picture of it or something.... i had to learn all my friend and family use this app to put your bloc notes and passwords and sync it.. so it will never be lost if you break your phone.. cause i got tired of puttin all the pass words on my phone and having every ask me what was my password... to then hear my parents say i yeah i changed it... and not tell me, great. i got passwords from every one, im the back up guy.... but they are learning... and now often put them self there passwords on a bloc note on there phone

You don't need to tell the friend that it's a password. Just tell him to remember the main word of the password... ...or in any such discreet way.
